Firebird Assisted Living has been an absolutely wonderful living option for my father.  He receives the highest quality care and attention to detail in every aspect of his living abilities.  The staff makes the home feel like family and offers exceptional expertise.  The home is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and is family orientated.  My father enjoys Firebird very much and they work wonderfully with an entire care team to ensure he can thrive even with many health concerns.  We are so thankful for this team and would with the highest regard recommend them to others.

Firebird assisted living has been home for my mom for the last 9 yrs.  They have provided the finest care that anyone can ever be given.  Mom has thrived in their loving environment & is very happy there. I believe that her life has been extended due to the wonderful environment provided at Firebird. Even in the disaster that 2020 brought us, they were fantastic with their care & love, making sure that we had extra contact with our loved ones even though we couldn't visit in person.  It gives me peace of mind every day because they treat Mom just like their own family!  I have never have had to worry about Mom's care even though I am over 600 miles away.  If you need care for your loved one, I would say, "look no farther, you have found their home"!Thank you so much Firebird for your stellar service & care of my Mom & hope that we have more years to enjoy your care!

I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the precious care you and your staff gave to my dad. It's heartwarming but not odd that you all loved him too as he was so very special and precious. I know that he loved you all too. The care you provided allowed him to be comfortable at the end of his life allowed my mother to be comfortable also knowing that she could reasy easy knowing he was provided for with care and love. Thank you and know that we will never forget it and that it matters so much what you do on a daily basis for all these wonderful souls. It truly must be the most precious of God's work. You are all such wonderful and caring people.

When it became apparent that I was not able to meet my mother's daily care needs, I was terrified. The doctors recommended a nursing home, but my mom was adamant she didn't want to go into a home, so I tried hiring home caregivers, and that worked, but it became apparent that it wasn't financially feasible...so what to do? I started looking into care homes. It was all so confusing and I wasn't sure why way to go. It was almost like a gift that a spot was available at Firebird Assisted Living. This family home atmosphere, the community spirit, and the actual connections they form with their residents and family members is something to behold. My mother is in great health, more so now than trying to live at home. She enjoys meals family style, sits in the living room to watch TV with her housemates, they have birthday parties, celebrations and holiay gatherings. They offer independence for residents with all the perks. Meals prepared, laundry done, shopping handled, traveling hairstylists and manicurists can come, and traveling healthcare. The homeowner, Stephanie is very committed to offering great care and support as well as thorough communication. I always recieve updates and feedback. They are so knowledgeable about everything, giving me confidence that my mom is in the best hands. It is with great joy that I can say, this was the best thing I could have done for my mom.

We highly recommend Stephanie Burn's Firebird Assisted Living Home. It was very difficult for us five siblings to entrust others with the care of our much beloved father. And, I am ashamed to admit, we were very picky, demanding, and difficult at times. In spite of this, everyone at Firebird continued to give Dad excellent care and continued to be patient and tolerant with all of us. Everytime I dropped by (even when unannounced), I found Dad to be well cared for. Additionally, in short order, I could see that everyone was getting to know Dad, his quirks, his preferences, and they became an extension of Dad's family. I heard from numerous physicians, nurses, and other caretakers visiting Firebird that this is the best group home that they had seen. There are not enough words to describe the gratitutde we feel for the excellent care Dad recieved at Firebird during the last three years of his life. Again, we consider ourselves lucky to have found Firebird Assisted Living and recommend highly.
